Mistra Geopolitics Programme Director and researchers are among the top 25 scholars in Sweden on the topic sustainability, according to the global ScholarGPS® ranking for the year 2024.
Professor Victoria Wibeck and Professor Björn-Ola Linnér, both at Linköping University, and Dr. Björn Nykvist at Stockholm Environment Institute, are all ranked among the top 25 scholars on sustainability in Sweden.
It is gratifying that research conducted within Mistra Geopolitics over the past five years is being recognized, said Victoria Wibeck, Professor at Linköping University and researcher in the Mistra Geopolitics programme.

Top scholars by expertise are individuals whose publication records associate them with the top 0.5% of scholars worldwide, in their respective field, discipline, or specialty. In this case the research area sustainability.

Victoria Wibeck, Björn-Ola Linnér and Björn Nykvist have all contributed significantly to the Mistra Geopolitics research programme, running 2017 until 2025.
